Do you have a concrete idea and are thinking about starting your own business? Do you want to know what steps you need to take? At Munich’s Business Startup Office the City of Munich provides Munich citizens with basic knowledge about starting a trade-like business or working in the liberal professions. We are part of the Munich start-up ecosystem.

We offer information and guidance in the following areas to help you go self-employed:

Please note that we cannot advise on insurance, tax, or legal issues. We do not offer any support in writing the business plan or any statements that are required for the start-up grant from the Federal Employment Agency or for the start-up allowance from the Jobcenter.
